Fixed cameras with line-of-sight to the main work zones — typically two to four per major floor plate for a mid-rise project. The Discovery Sprint audits your existing coverage and tells you exactly where gaps exist before any build commitment.

How does the system compare progress against the programme?

We ingest your approved baseline schedule and map each milestone to camera-visible evidence criteria. When the model detects those criteria in frame, the milestone is marked complete and compared against the baseline date. Variance is calculated daily, not weekly.

Can it monitor multiple sites running in parallel?

Yes. Each site runs its own detection pipeline, and a portfolio-level dashboard aggregates variance across all active sites. The multi-site view is part of the standard build deliverable, not a separate project.

What programme formats does it integrate with?

Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and spreadsheet baselines are the three most common. We extract the milestone structure and target dates during the Discovery Sprint and build the comparison logic to your specific format.

What happens when a camera is obscured or offline?

The system flags the affected zone as unmonitored in the dashboard rather than reporting false progress. Alerts are suppressed for obscured zones and escalated to your PM team so the gap is addressed, not silently ignored.
