Our records are still on paper. Does that rule us out?
No — that is usually step one. Banao digitizes registers, files, and handwritten forms with OCR as the opening deliverable, so the AI has a database to work on. Clearing the paper backlog is the project's first measurable win, not a blocker.
Can the data stay inside our network?
Yes. We deploy on-premise or in a sovereign/government cloud and work within your data-residency and security rules. Citizen data does not have to leave your environment for any capability we build.
We must keep a human accountable for decisions. How does AI fit?
Every citizen-facing decision keeps a human in the loop. The model drafts, routes, or flags; a named officer approves. The system records who decided what and when, so the audit trail is stronger than a manual process, not weaker.
